The process of getting the frames to try on, then returning them was painless and easy to do.

This was a great option! 10/10 recommend. We need glasses for a football helmet and this allows us to see what would work and what won’t.

Being able to try on the 5 different glasses was very helpful. The process itself had some tiny issues. Not all the glasses fit back into the box easily. I had to squish down some partitions. The glasses were mailed via Fedex in a reusable bag, but the pre-paid return sticker used USPS. So it was a minor inconvenience, not bad

We bought two pairs, and are VERY happy with them both! Excellent customer service too!
